I have this phone and I HATE IT SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!! It sucks sooo bad.. My upgrade is in March and i cannot wait to get a different phone... Texting on it sucks.. I hate texting on it so i just text from my ipod.. And yeah, its really ugly.. This was the one phone i didnt want for my birthday and my parents got me it... I hate it.. To anyone who's thinking about getting it, I DO NOTTTTT RECOMMEND IT. Unless you like crappy phones.. Then go ahead, but it sucks.

That's because whoever was using it had put the character lock on it. I have this phone and you can set it so that whenever you draw a certain shape on the screen it will unlock.

Worst phone I have ever owned, Do not buy it! it lags after about 3 weeks, messaging is bad, and the browser is slow and buggy! But the battery is decent, and the camera is somewhat bearable but the screen is extremely small! Awful phone!

when you type on messages you can instead of using keyboard just write the letters the you fingers on the writing section like you would with a pencil and there is also a sketch pad in tools .

@shortynicks yea yu can add music from yur itunes. but since this phone can only support mp3's yu'd have to change the itunes settings of yur songs from AAC Encoder to MP3 Encoder. once yu've done that yu can convert all yur itune songs to MP3's by right clicking the song & click the option "Convert MP3 Version"... good luck. i forgot how to change the encoder, but i'm sure yu can youtube it! :)

What??!! This phone only has a 960 mAH battery, edge, no 3.5 mm headphone jack, no usb cable included, and still a proprietary connector? Come on, Samsung! Get with the program! Yes, the design is nice, I'll give that preps. The Impression totally beats this because it has a 1000 mAH battery, 3G, and, despite the connecting cable being proprietary like this one, the data cable is actually included in the box. Because I actually own an Impression myself, I think it totally beats this phone.
