  • :O Are you the guy I have seen hanging out with that crazy family of tards??

I am SO happy that you are a raw vegan, you have no idea. brings hope to me that more and more will know about this diet. Thank you so much for being you!! <3

  • Hey Rawn! I've been watching your videos for a long while now, I remember your comedy and all! but here's the real deal, I can't find that weird-lookin' coconut you seem to use, and I have seen it in lots of raw recipes, could I find a replacement for it? other than that, great recipe and thanks a lot!

  • @SuperPandry thats a young coconut...You could use a mature coconut keep in mind the flavor will be stronger.

  • what nut would you recommend if a person is allergic to cashews?

  • @MzSuperMinni for ice cream...Pistachios

  • this is the best thing ever, ice cream can be in my diet know!!! (:

  • Way easier raw ice cream:

    Freeze 2 chopped bananas,

put the frozen bananas in a food processor,

A about 2 tbsp of liquid, (water, 100% juice, raw almond milk, etc)

Serves 2,Taste EXACTLY like ice cream!!

You can also add chopped peanuts, other fruit, or cocoa powder!

  • @eliza85eb u have to put salt when u make regular ice cream too...lots of it.

  • RAWN, dude you've inspired me so much bro, started insanity a bit ago and have been feeling great. thanks for doing this man!

  • hey rawn could you use something else then dates?

  • @abk276 yes...rasins are good as well

  • salty ice cream? whhhaaaaaaaaattt?

  • @eliza85eb so good!

  • damn nature you scary

  • rawn you should get a vitamix blender! its the bomb! you can make ice cream with the blender alone! it also can make hot soup. best blender evar!

  • Could you just use a can of coconut cream?

  • "It's in your name, SU-LIE!" haha.

    Oh, that looks so delicious!

You guys have to try that ice cream made of frozen bananas that some people has already commented about. It's unbelievable ice-creamy.

  • Traces ... Traces of pus??? *vomits up big bowl of cereal*

  • @CatSqrrlGrrl omg me too~! im eating a bowl of cereal now... and i heard "plus milk has traces of puss!" *Spoon frozen in mouth* ...............!!!!!

  • @CatSqrrlGrrl oh whoops....yeah....its pretty gross.

  • This sounds really yummy, but I'd definitely use the raw agave nectar since I'm a vegan.

  • @YourLittleAmpersand me too! sulai is just a little honey bear

  • @RAWRawn Yay, Rawn! So glad you're also vegan. That's wonderful!

  • There's Pus in milk and ice cream?!?

  • Comment removed

  • Where would I find all of these products?:3

  • "it's in your name sulaiiiii" aww hahaha!

    GOSH THIS IS DELICIOUS!

I could eat this all day everyday! =D

  • thanks being lactose intolerent I go to the organic/ health food section of the supermarket and get coconut ice cream. I am in love. it is dairy free and very yummy.

  • a vegan restaurant opened up in my area, im gona check it out :)

  • i had homemade pumpkin ice cream with brown sugar baked pecans. yummmmmmmm

  • @designerproductions yum! that sounds delicious. do you know the recipe?

  • @cbar414 no sorry! but if you google pumpkin ice cream recipe my friend told me it's the first link.

  • I do not like vegans, nor do I understand why they would disregard proven science. But still, that looks tasty, and I respect rawn.

  • @brbafkgtg What is the proven science you're referring too, I'm just wondering

  • @ahtnamasnworb It's just the general conception that organic food must be better than processed food. And the science I''m talking about you can find via pubmed. There's plenty o' proof that you can lose weight eating nothing but twinkies just as well as tomatoes. Although, micronutrientallywise, whole foods are better to some degree.

It's just sad how many people who're missing out on the happy happy fun train of moderation.

  • @brbafkgtg Yes, you can lose weight on anything you eat, whether it's twinkies or cheese or fruit. But that doesn't mean that one is going to feel "radiantly healthy" if they eat twinkies all the time. Excess weight is only a symptom of bad health. You can lose tons of weight and still feel like crap, so weight loss isn't the ultimate goal. I don't think it needs to be sad, because many people don't enjoy "indulging" and are often left not feeling as good as they did before when they do.

  • HA...very funny

  • you guys crack me up :)

  • When he was drinking the coconut, It reminded me of the movie Castaway! Love that movie :D

  • Looks good. Not trying to be a stickler, but was that some junk food I saw in your freezer Rawn??? lol

  • Need calcium and b12 substitutes for long term bone health. Don't want no osteoporosis

  • @Canyoudigityesyoucan educate yourself better.

we get enough b12 and calcium is not required in such big measurements as society teaches us to consume. You can actually get osteoporosis from milkproducts.

  • @Yakiyuugure well, yes education is a great thing, but you haven't convinced me by making a statement like 'we get enough b12'. How so? Where do you get it from? there is a recommended book 'Could it be B12'. Lots of vegans inject B12, it can be very detrimental to your health in the long term if you are defficient in it. It's important to understand and I believe that there is no difinative answer to it. FYI if your interested: durianriders vlog: B12 injections: Who needs em? #188

  • @Canyoudigityesyoucan B12 a bacteria based nutrient which we only need in very SMALL amounts 1-2 micrograms a day. Nutritional yeast is a great source for b12 and about a tablespoon will assure you the amount needed

  • @RAWRawn Your body produces b12 by itself. If you have strong genetics, eat a clean high carb low fat raw vegan diet, and live in a minimally polluted environment (HAH nearly impossible) then you'll get enough. If you've taken a lot of antibiotics in your life, have had surgeries as a child or do not fall under any of the above conditions I listed, your body might not be able to produce enough b12. If b12 was a vegan issue, then it would ONLY affect vegans and that is not the case. :)

  • wow i would totally make this if i wasn't allergic to nuts D: any substitute suggestions? in most recipes i use sunflower seeds instead, but i don't think that'd work here because (from what i've heard) cashews are a "creamy" type of nut.

  • 0:38 icecream has milk. milk has ............... ?

i dont understand you someone please clarify ? thanks.

  • @zaphod2 "traces of puss in it" which is true & GROSS.

  • Whos Sulai? ur sister? Wife? Gf? Friend? plz answer

  • @SquidwardTard friend

  • when did you turn from Vegetarian to Vegan?

  • \m/

  • That's not ice cream. Don't call it ice cream.

  • @XIXNayRXIX are any of his recipes EXACTLY what he says they are? no, they can't be. but they're legitimate substitutes if you're on a raw diet.

  • omg sooo cute

  • did she say milk has traces of PUS???? excuse me while I go vomit.

  • @xteemzx I heard that too... it's news to me..

  • @xteemzx i know, right!? i haven't had cows milk in 4 years now.. best decision of my life.

  • and best cooking shows e.v.e.r..

  • damnit now i want ice cream

  • salt... cayenne pepper...how about I just visit my friends Ben and Jerry and let them mix some stuff together for me?

    You the man Rawn!

  • Pus? Seriously? Even if it does, by the time the milk is processed the traces are so incredibly minute it wouldn't be detectable.

  • So, I have annother icecream idea and it's so easy. Get a bunch of ripe bananas (I buy when on sale), peel them and freeze in a ziplock bag. Take them out and put through a juicer (I have a hurom) and voilà! U have the best banana ice cream you have tasted, enjoy.

  • You guys ROCKSTERSSS!!! And Sulai is Hot! And Rawn is a BEast!

  • Rawn please finish the intro song! It's so damn catchy!

  • Thank you Sulai/Rawn for saying milk has puss in it! people need to know the truth. SO GROSS!!!

  • Rawn, your hair is so awesome!

  • why not just drink normal milk?

  • @HotFriedIceCream Did you not watch the video at all? They say why in like the first 30 seconds.

  • looks good! bet it tastes even better! :p

    @HotFriedIceCream

dairy products are mucous-forming.. like they said, contains pus.

  • Honey Is Bee Barf

  • @vegan714 I agree

  • @vegan714 and has the potential to cause botulism.

  • Rawn got skinny! he still sexay

  • "it's just a lie, it's in your name, sulai", and sulai's "boop boop" oh my goodness, laughing out loud

  • milk has pus in it!?! EWWWWWWWW. I think i'll get my calcium elsewhere, like from spinach and kale! :) As always, I love you rawn, & you too Sulai, thanks for inspiring me and rocking at life!!

  • blender dance, fuck yeah!

  • freeze bananas, add vanilla and blend... BOOM add some Agave nectar if you like or some coca powder :)

  • make some freakn raw ice cream with raw milk !!!!

  • i loved when sulai said "boop boop boop" haha, it made me laugh.

  • I can't wait to try this!! Thanks for your great recipes! :)

  • im allergic to coconut :( anything else i could try?

  • @somethncool maybe almond milk

  • I think there's a simpler way and easy way to make vegan ice cream : just freeze a bunch of bananas, then blend them up. There's your base - then add whatever you want! :) Vanilla extract, other fruits, etc just like your recipe.

  • @HippieEhMey yep and its delishious

  • @HippieEhMey I do that all the time! Its so easy- you can literally make great banana ice cream from only a frozen banana blended up

  • @HippieEhMey yes I guess that is simpler...but you get banana flavored base for everything...which is delicious but this is very similar in taste and texture to a cream based ice cream.

  • This looks fantastic! I look forward to these every week! You and Sulai are so funny...and helping us get healthy! If you ever make a cook book I would buy three!

  • I love the intro it's so catchy :)

  • my favorite recipe so far

  • ice creammmm
