I 've been running a buzz marketing agency in Europe for the past 5 year, and I have to say, Jay is right. I spent my last 5 years explaining my clients that they "have to give something to talk about" for their users /clients, etc... Users/clients are very thankful if you do so. Spread this thought, its useful.
@askjayadelson Here is a question .. I need some programming done and its been kind of hard to find good employees being on a budget should I just find out how to do it myself or where can I find a good source of freelance programmers and how will I know how much is too much money to pay them ?

@ZencaProductions We used elance.com for Digg, but you could use o-desk or other services like that.
