  • incredible

  • These are tough

  • haha ive known that kid for a long time, alan bower, most humble guy youll ever meet.

  • A GYMNASTS STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY IS THE BEST FOR ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DO ESPECIALLY FIGHTING

  • OMFG!

  • 20' and I'm pleased with half the distance shown in this video, mentally I can't quite comprehend doing 40' yet.

  • these are the kind of people i hate, i struggle to hold it for 10 seconda, okay so you his a wheel in your ass....LOL jokes, well done boy

  • good choice of music

  • Coach Sommer, you're a legend. Because of you I've reached great results with my planches :)

  • Amazing kid!!

  • haha what's the music ? :)

  • @boulouloubi2000

the song is 500 miles by the proclaimers

  • I can't even move when doing an L-sit, let alone that. Perhaps I lack discipline.

  • That kid is ripped.

    It's freaking me out.

  • this kid is a machine but the music just made me laugh too much to appreciate it :L

  • my friend can do this to.

  • lol perfect song for the vid :P

  • POWER ABS!!!! :O :O :0 :P *___*

  • i just absolutely love the subtle humor with the song :)

  • this dude walking and i was finally was able to do my first EVER .5 SECOND L-SIT!!!!! yea!!!!! and it only took me a week to build that strength >:O I'm on a roll baby!!

  • I wonder if it's possible at age 27 having never done gymnastics or upper-body exercise, through 100% dedication to rigorous full body exercise, to build up to doing this and a "bower"? I've always been envious of people who were so dedicated to training that they could accomplish such feats. /awe /envy

  • @AurynThePaladin never too late to try

  • @AurynThePaladin someone plays wow hahahaha jk =p

  • @AurynThePaladin Did you apply yourself???

  • @AurynThePaladin I'm 24 and shocked at the progress I'm making already (4 weeks into my training). I've been working out for nearly 8 years but never any gymnastic training so I probably already had the strength in my muscles but lacked severe strength in my joints and stabilisers (which gymnastic training really works!). Give it a go just keep it up it becomes so addictive when you can see your progress!

  • Wow, that baby is a mighty lil' man!

  • wat a beast

  • also works arms :)

  • Somebody get this guy a wheelchair!

  • My lower back hurts just watching this. He is incredibly strong, very well done.

  • i can walk this way for 3,5 meters now

  • @Orgasmorator If his growth is stunted it will only serve to help him as being tall is disadvantageous in gymnastics.

  • dont worry, exercise is healthy for everyone + hes gonna be so strong, lean and muscular when hes older (girls are gonna love it).most kids his age spend same amount of time in front of the computer.. kinda lame

  • LOL, I thought that he is sitting on small wheels or something, the kid is GOOOOOD!

  • It's harder when you're a former hockey player and all your weight is in your legs...

Of course, it's just hard period. Respect.

  • Wow! This boy is very strong! Impressive!

  • lol at the song

  • Oh so easy! hahahahaha

  • bet this kid could whoop your ass hard

  • lol. he's like 'wtf dumb girl'

    at the end

  • haha quality

  • TORTURE!!!!

  • That is sick. I can not even push my self up let alone walk with it. I can see many hard days of training in the future for me

  • when i L sit i always get craps on my quads, anyone know how to fix?

  • yeah push trough it, eventually doing it enough it will stop

  • warm up, push through it, STRETCH. In that order.

That goes for pretty much all physical training.

  • i get it aswell. push through it.

And Maybe Stretch. It Will Eventually go away

  • this kids a beast!

  • i can do the L-sit at least but i'm still working on walking lol. need more core strength

  • I can walk forward a bit, but i wanna learn L-sit turns.

  • wow i can do a pretty good v and this is quite hard for me

  • holy crap i have a 6/8 pack and ikm a level 10 gymnast and that was very very hard!!

  • ok, i jus started on the l-sit, and i keep shaking, like my body shakes... is it because im new to this workout or is it somethin else

  • yeha man takes a bit

  • will this help in flare strength? i mean flaring from solitary positions, such as kneeling

  • I have very good L sit but its so hard to walk.

  • These are indeed quite hard even if you have a solid L sit.

  • jajaja super boy

  • that was awesome!:D

  • hahaha this is nice, and the song made it funny

  • WHat is the name of this song?

  • 500 Miles by The Proclaimers

  • i want make this position on my push ups bars... but i can't handle my legs.. what should I do?

  • don't know if you've got the answer yet but when i started practicing the L-sit in in gr.8 i was like you. Finally figured out best way IMO, is plant arms down like the kid, pull you arse all the way back, farther than the kids, tighten your thighs and stomach and keep trying to lift off your toes, heels, eventually you'll notice you'll be able to, but takes a long time bcuz it uses lower ab muscles. and quads. I can still do it after soo many years so let me know how it goes

  • i will keep trying :) sooner or later i will get it

    ty for answer:)

    i really appreciate this:)

  • aha the girl cut him off xD

  • eeeeeeeeeee he is a freak @_@

    so strong :D

  • His not even leaning on his arms!

    Brute force.

  • wow, i gotta try that lol

  • Awesome! That's my new gym challenge.....! :o)

  • AHAHAA, his face shows utter contempt at the end of this exercise!

  • Probably at aimed at the girl who runs right across where he was trying to go...

  • Man, I can barely even hold the pike for that long, awesome!

  • do you sell your new book in a Pdf format and what's in this book,do you talk about all the training? thanks

  • The book is currently at the publishers undergoing some final adjustments to it layout and should be available very shortly through my website.

  • lol. that looked so funny! good music for it as well.

  • you should make them rotate in that position

  • What a muscular kid. These kids look like little bodybuilders. Awesome muscles on those kids.

  • little kid? this kid is stronger than youll ever be!!!

  • not stronger than me lol i can do planche push ups, but he was stronger than me when i was his age no doubt

  • That little guy is so awesome.

  • you can see the pain in his eyes in the end

    ;)

(or is it boredom, after sixth cut?)

  • Yes, I respect my betters... He's obviously one of them!

  • wow

  • this looks insane... what an athlete!!!

  • ...that's why these gymnasts look like lil' bodybuilders... I wish I would have been a gymnast growing up... ;)
