This game was in NYC only weeks after the 9/11 attacks. George Bush has said that this was "the most nervous moment of my entire presidency." The fact that he fuckin NAILS the pitch makes this so epic.
GOERGE BUSH IS STUPID HE DESTROY OUR NATION CUZ HIS POLICY MAKE OUR COUNTRY WEKAER AND SPREEAD US ARMY VERY THING OBAMA IS THE BEST PRESIDENT SINCE THE FOUNDING OF DEMCRACY IN GREECE
The adrenaline was coursing through my veins, and the ball felt like a shotput. And Todd Greene, the catcher, looked really small. Sixty feet and six inches seemed like a half-mile. And anyway, I took a deep breath and threw it, and thankfully it went over the plate. The response was overwhelming. It was the most nervous I had ever been. It was the most nervous moment of my entire presidency, it turns out.

You have a fascinating history, worthy of admiration, but trust me we do not envy you. Sad git.
@MrTonydeMatos Lol your talking about prejudice? Aren't you the one who started those kind of comments? Yes, you did. Calling us the most ignorant for no reason. You proved my point in your very first comment that you are all ignorant. I rest my case. Maybe you don't envy us, but most countries do. In case you didn't know. @RustyShackelfurt People always need to establish a comparison between the wealth of two countries in order to choose which one is the greatest. This is a bad habit and only leads to bad preconceptions. I could say that the USA has spent 3 trillion dollars in weaponry in pointless wars, when its total debt is a number that I can't even imagine, almost entirely owned by the Chinese. China owns the USA. But money isn't everything in life. Social factors and quality of life are much more important.
And in that respect you trail almost all developed countries. The social awareness of the American people is poor (healthcare system...), and the fact that you managed to elect a moron, reflects your profound ignorance. What will bring down the Euro, and our economic system as a whole, was the lunacy of some Wall Street yuppies, the excess of consumerism and credit in our societies and the corrupt leaders of all our governments. Greece and Portugal are just a consequence, not the cause.
@MrTonydeMatos You are wrong Period... Obama has spent more money than every president combined.. On what? failed programs.. Bush was brave because he was able to unify the country after a terrible loss and acted so that he could SAVE more lives and PREVENT more attacks which he did. You blame all of obamas failures on bush.. that is true ignorance. One of the greatest presidents of our time. PERIOD.

@samantha34ize if bush had not gotten us in the middle east, then we would have never gotten him. Besides, it was the CIA that did all the work. All obama did was say yeah lets get him.
@carsonkfranklin cheney manipulate intel senall jobs to china to recruit dum young white ppl bush lied about intel no wmd in iraq cia valeria plame told him yet he lied anyway like i said obama kill the guy bush let get away there should be a hlliday after obama 2 day of work obama day u white ppl ppl would give bush a holiday if he kill bin laden unfortunatly bush is stupid like all the 2 loser in tx (world series)
@samantha34ize Sadam was killed in '06 while Obama was being elected to Senate for the State of Illinois. So sorry for your retardation of history. And there is never going to be a holiday for Obama. He is nothing special to this nation at all. Unless the holiday celebrates the most money spent by a president to drop the country into the worst debt in its history and the time he leaves office, then there will be no chance for a holiday for him.
@TheIgg Bush ran some huge deficits. Granted. (Obama's smallest one is 300% the largest deficit of Bush). But the way he handled 9/11 and what followed was just great. I'm just very glad we had a true patriot like Bush in the WH in 2001. America will never be afraid of anyone.
To the idiots who don't like America, or hate being American, that is your right to have your own opinion....but... why come here and bash this video or the rest of us who are proud Americans? It is a painful time of the year for many of us, and you come here and trash us and attack us? Now who is the terrorist? My own people! Best thing about America is freedom....and if you hate it, you have the FREEDOM to get the fuck out!
Great moment, I remember being 11 watching this and never felt so proud to be an American. The man guided us through 9/11 a lot of people forget about that.
I hated Bush, but he showed true strength going out there. It was more than just a first pitch. It was a first pitch in New York, right after the biggest tragedy the nation had ever seen, in the World Series. Millions were going to see him walk out there. It was a defiant display to the terrorists and/or our enemies. That pitch held a significance and always will for Bush. And he made it a perfect throw.
@wittkopj How did HE keep us safe, after being informed the "A second plane hit the second tower. America is under attack" said from Andrew Card the Cheif of staff. Bush had a confused look on his face, then continued to read to the Florida first grade class.
@blunt4lyfe123 Good Lord are you that stupid? Have you been under a rock the past 10 years you inbred rube?? For the past TEN years..... everyone has known why. You don't go running like a raving lunatic in front of the kids. ( By the way, learn to spell)
@blunt4lyfe123 Whoa dude, you need to calm down. I said he kept us safe AFTER 9/11. He stayed calm on 9/11, like a good leader, and he didn't freak out and make the situation worse. Bush wasent a perfect president but he's a lot better than your boy in office. Plus, Bush knows how to throw a baseball much better than obama.
@blunt4lyfe123 I think he made the right decision regarding the children. He didn't need to go running from the classroom that would have just upset them, when in all reality even after he made the announcement to the press, the children wouldn't have understood it either. It wasn't a look of confusion, it really looked like he was trying to digest what he had just been told. Nothing like this has happened on American soil!
@blunt4lyfe123 your heads so far up your liberal ass you have no idea what the fuck your talking about. He didn't want to scare the children, so he quitley left the room, and then lead this nation in a fantastic way. Mr. Fuck knuckles would have ran off crying
@cacman1993 I see that you have 1993 in your user name, so instead of just spinning off what you here your ignorant parents blab about actually try to think how George Bush did the United States of America a favor. And if you voted for him (only the second term counts because he stole the his first election) and if god was real may he have mercy on your soul. Good day Sir!
@cacman1993 Yeah okay sure and what's your excuse for the war in Iraq? It's pointless to argue with rightwing republicans, even if it was a fact they would find a way to pin it back on us.
he stepped on the white line, bad luck. He should have been a little more careful and his terms as president would have probably turned out a lot better
@salamisumo2 I doubt Limp-Wrist Gore could even get the ball past home plate without a bounce or two.
Kind of like Obama at the All-Star Game.
I doubt any President past, (certainly not) present, or future will ever be able to get that kind of reaction out of Yankee Stadium, or any other MLB stadium in the country.
Say what you want about Bush, but he was the worst president in the history of the WORLD!!!! You morons praising him for throwing a pitch after 9/11? Really? Really??!!!! Fuck off. He fucked up everything. And no, not everything is his fault, but two never ending wars that have nothing to do wiht anything are because of him. I wish someone would have beamed him with the ball.
"He fucked up everything" and "And no, not everything is his fault." Make up your mind. He wasn't the worst president ever. You think that because he is so fresh in our minds that you don't look at the big picture.
And maybe try to show a little respect to the man who worked tirelessly to keep our butts safe after 9/11. You may not agree on what he did or how, but the fact that we are safe is enough for me.
@salemgog Tirelessly kept us safe. What a great great man. You fucking retard from hell. He started a war with the wrong country. It cost america 5 billion a month every months since then. THe afghan war was on the premise that Osama bin Ladin, ONE guy was there. SO attack an entire country for ONE guy that took 10 years to get. You people might as well be in his administratoin. You have no idea what its like to know what its like to know how lives change because of war. But what a pitch, huh?
People like you need to put in a labor camp and worked for 18 hours a day, you worthless piece of shit. I hope you die a horrible slow painful death S.O.B.
@saroshk7784 You deserve to be in the ground next to osama and megatron. Your a fucking moron. You act as if bush never would have attacked al-qaeda that they would have never attacked us again. Get your head out of your ass, and THINK for once
@cacman1993 You fucking retard from hell. hahahaha, australian retard, even better. Okay, I lived in ur retarted country for two years, and an average 25 year old there has the iq of a chimp. You being 18 makes you legally retarded. Okay, sorry dude, bush was an awesome president, and did amazing things. He got america in two wars that had nothing to do with 9/11. Wonderful man.
@saroshk7784 Im Austrailian? I was pretty sure i was born and raised in Florida, but your sooo wrong. Two wars that have nothing to do with 9/11? Are you drunk? 9/11 started the war, and the people that were behind it RAN TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. I don't understand how you dumbasses think
@cacman1993 alright here we go. You stupid fuck, 9/11 is the reason Bush's administration went into Iraq. He convinced people that Sadam was part of the Al-Queda network and that they had WMDs. The war cost the country 5 billion a month for the past 8 years. But sorry, he has an awesome arm.
@MsRudeboy55 Well lets see, if I had started a war with say Jordan, and taken their oil, then I would have done exactly the same as BUsh. Fuck you you whore. WHo are you to just randomly insult me? Bush started two wars on the premise of 9/11 being their fault. Turns out it wasnt. Please go read before you suck a guys balls for throwing a good pitch when the country really needed it. Stupid rednecks.
@saroshk7784 Bush handled his presidency very well actually, the only reason we went to war was because of 9/11 but there is no point in trying to explain anything to you when I could care less about you. But like I said you wouldn't have done it any better. And I can insult you any day any time when you did the exact same thing to me.
@saroshk7784 actually Jordan doesn't have alot of oil....so that is a stupid argument. The war in Afghanistan is justified because Al-Queda( however you spell that shit) was all over that country, and alot of the people there love us beacause they want the Taliban and Al-suckmyass gone.....we are doing good things while we seek out terror suspects. We got Bin Laden because of the war in A'stan. If you hate America so much...get the fuck out...go hang out over there and get beheaded dumbass!
Now that's a strike! Right down the middle George!

@samantha34ize if bush had not gotten us in the middle east, then we would have never gotten him. Besides, it was the CIA that did all the work. All obama did was say yeah lets get him.
carsonkfranklin 3 months ago
@carsonkfranklin cheney manipulate intel senall jobs to china to recruit dum young white ppl bush lied about intel no wmd in iraq cia valeria plame told him yet he lied anyway like i said obama kill the guy bush let get away there should be a hlliday after obama 2 day of work obama day u white ppl ppl would give bush a holiday if he kill bin laden unfortunatly bush is stupid like all the 2 loser in tx (world series)
samantha34ize 3 months ago
@samantha34ize Sadam was killed in '06 while Obama was being elected to Senate for the State of Illinois. So sorry for your retardation of history. And there is never going to be a holiday for Obama. He is nothing special to this nation at all. Unless the holiday celebrates the most money spent by a president to drop the country into the worst debt in its history and the time he leaves office, then there will be no chance for a holiday for him.

Great pitch. Horrible president, responsible for American's global decline.

Best thing about America is freedom....and if you hate it, you have the FREEDOM to get the fuck out!
mikemcpeak714 5 months ago
Great moment, I remember being 11 watching this and never felt so proud to be an American. The man guided us through 9/11 a lot of people forget about that.

I hated Bush, but he showed true strength going out there. It was more than just a first pitch. It was a first pitch in New York, right after the biggest tragedy the nation had ever seen, in the World Series. Millions were going to see him walk out there. It was a defiant display to the terrorists and/or our enemies. That pitch held a significance and always will for Bush. And he made it a perfect throw.

that was a strike! nice pitch by bush

Bush wasent perfect but he kept us safe after 911 and made me proud to be an American. Idk about Obama............
wittkopj 5 months ago 2
@wittkopj How did HE keep us safe, after being informed the "A second plane hit the second tower. America is under attack" said from Andrew Card the Cheif of staff. Bush had a confused look on his face, then continued to read to the Florida first grade class.
YEAH THAT GUY WAS REALLY GREAT.

@blunt4lyfe123 Good Lord are you that stupid? Have you been under a rock the past 10 years you inbred rube?? For the past TEN years..... everyone has known why. You don't go running like a raving lunatic in front of the kids. ( By the way, learn to spell)
klemsmoot888 5 months ago
@blunt4lyfe123 Whoa dude, you need to calm down. I said he kept us safe AFTER 9/11. He stayed calm on 9/11, like a good leader, and he didn't freak out and make the situation worse. Bush wasent a perfect president but he's a lot better than your boy in office. Plus, Bush knows how to throw a baseball much better than obama.

Nothing like this has happened on American soil!
danzin01 5 months ago
@blunt4lyfe123 your heads so far up your liberal ass you have no idea what the fuck your talking about. He didn't want to scare the children, so he quitley left the room, and then lead this nation in a fantastic way. Mr. Fuck knuckles would have ran off crying

@cacman1993 I see that you have 1993 in your user name, so instead of just spinning off what you here your ignorant parents blab about actually try to think how George Bush did the United States of America a favor. And if you voted for him (only the second term counts because he stole the his first election) and if god was real may he have mercy on your soul. Good day Sir!
blunt4lyfe123 5 months ago
My parents are liberals -_- Everything is jimmy Carter's fault, he failed to back the shaw, 20 years before i was born, so get your sit straight
cacman1993 5 months ago
@cacman1993 Yeah okay sure and what's your excuse for the war in Iraq? It's pointless to argue with rightwing republicans, even if it was a fact they would find a way to pin it back on us.
blunt4lyfe123 5 months ago
he stepped on the white line, bad luck. He should have been a little more careful and his terms as president would have probably turned out a lot better

salamisumo2 5 months ago 10
@salamisumo2 I doubt Limp-Wrist Gore could even get the ball past home plate without a bounce or two.
Kind of like Obama at the All-Star Game.
I doubt any President past, (certainly not) present, or future will ever be able to get that kind of reaction out of Yankee Stadium, or any other MLB stadium in the country.
Wow!

I wish someone would have beamed him with the ball.
saroshk7784 6 months ago
@saroshk7784
You may not agree on what he did or how, but the fact that we are safe is enough for me.
salemgog 6 months ago
@salemgog Tirelessly kept us safe. What a great great man. You fucking retard from hell. He started a war with the wrong country. It cost america 5 billion a month every months since then. THe afghan war was on the premise that Osama bin Ladin, ONE guy was there. SO attack an entire country for ONE guy that took 10 years to get. You people might as well be in his administratoin. You have no idea what its like to know what its like to know how lives change because of war. But what a pitch, huh?

@saroshk7784 You deserve to be in the ground next to osama and megatron. Your a fucking moron. You act as if bush never would have attacked al-qaeda that they would have never attacked us again. Get your head out of your ass, and THINK for once
cacman1993 5 months ago
@cacman1993 You fucking retard from hell. hahahaha, australian retard, even better. Okay, I lived in ur retarted country for two years, and an average 25 year old there has the iq of a chimp. You being 18 makes you legally retarded. Okay, sorry dude, bush was an awesome president, and did amazing things. He got america in two wars that had nothing to do with 9/11. Wonderful man.
saroshk7784 5 months ago
@saroshk7784 Im Austrailian? I was pretty sure i was born and raised in Florida, but your sooo wrong. Two wars that have nothing to do with 9/11? Are you drunk? 9/11 started the war, and the people that were behind it RAN TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. I don't understand how you dumbasses think
cacman1993 5 months ago
@cacman1993 alright here we go. You stupid fuck, 9/11 is the reason Bush's administration went into Iraq. He convinced people that Sadam was part of the Al-Queda network and that they had WMDs. The war cost the country 5 billion a month for the past 8 years. But sorry, he has an awesome arm.
saroshk7784 5 months ago
@saroshk7784 Yeah, like you would have done it any better you fucking idiot.
MsRudeboy55 5 months ago
@MsRudeboy55 Well lets see, if I had started a war with say Jordan, and taken their oil, then I would have done exactly the same as BUsh. Fuck you you whore. WHo are you to just randomly insult me? Bush started two wars on the premise of 9/11 being their fault. Turns out it wasnt. Please go read before you suck a guys balls for throwing a good pitch when the country really needed it. Stupid rednecks.
saroshk7784 5 months ago
@saroshk7784 Bush handled his presidency very well actually, the only reason we went to war was because of 9/11 but there is no point in trying to explain anything to you when I could care less about you. But like I said you wouldn't have done it any better. And I can insult you any day any time when you did the exact same thing to me.
MsRudeboy55 5 months ago 2
@saroshk7784 actually Jordan doesn't have alot of oil....so that is a stupid argument. The war in Afghanistan is justified because Al-Queda( however you spell that shit) was all over that country, and alot of the people there love us beacause they want the Taliban and Al-suckmyass gone.....we are doing good things while we seek out terror suspects. We got Bin Laden because of the war in A'stan. If you hate America so much...get the fuck out...go hang out over there and get beheaded dumbass!
