So do they need to be done through a mission that you haven't already completed? Or can you do per say through the jungle mission after you have beat it?

@rayyridz you have to beat a boss with an A rank or S rank .if its B or lower you wont get the skill.

@zycerox I thought forms were taken from the bosses when you defeat them with X form and clear the level with a grade of A.

I played it and got forms without doing that..so I guess it is the requirements listed after each form in the video..and the bosses just give different abilities. Explain?

@casawary Ok, Proto form and Ultimate form are kind of different than the rest, but for all others, you can unlock them in any order you wish and even unlock more than one when you defeat a boss. Each form has nothing to do with the boss, but defeating the boss itself WITH an A or higher gives you their EX skill. TO GET THE PROTO FROM: Beat the game itself and after the credits it says to press "L" while starting a new game.

during a mission.I tried different missions and restarted the game alot.I did what you need to get the x form,the purple form and the rest(with the exception of proto and ultimate form)

nope you can only get one per active level, so if theres one you specifically want, i recomend making an alt save state ( if playing on an emulator) right at the begignng of the stage so if you fail, you can try again :)
