I am not sure if this is for windows vista only but I was having a problem withthe mouse moving ever so little, but if u hold down the ctrl key while pressing 2-5 it works a lot better, and for me i had the mess with speed controls at 1:23 to make the jump be less, hope this helps! thumbs up for everyone to see!

to everyone having the problem with the mouse dropping the first one, then jumping down too far and clicking examine or something on the next one, you have to go into , control panel> change mouse settings> pointer options then uncheck the box that says "enhance pointer precision" this will fix your problem. thumbs up so ppl know =p

If your mouse is skipping a row, go to mouse settings and untick 'Enhance pointer precision'. That should fix the row skipping...

For those that have problem because it misses some logs, go to your mouse settings / pointer options. uncheck enhance pointer precision and put the speed at EXACTLY half. then in the mousekeys settings put just over half, which I think it is in the vid, and then it works!

@darkm7o go to yo mouse options, no not your mousekey settings, but yo mouse options and look around and turn off enhance pointer precision. this should make it work but its hard to get used to the mouse movement.
