This looks a lot like Ys on PC. Looks pretty good too! Why on earth nobody bothers with Falcom over here???
Is it too text heavy or somebody can get through it with just a walkthrough once in a while?

It can be finished quite easily with no knowledge of japanese.

It should resemble Ys to some extent since Falcom made it. Xanadu is also the series that inspired Faxanadu for the NES.

I agree, Falcom have come out with a lot of amazing titles. Just the Ys series itself is worthy of more praise than I can give other RPGs these days.

+ i cant have a bank account probably for the next 5years or more so dll it is pretty much the only way

Also, where can I BUY them safely on the internet?

Try himeyashop. The best way is to get them from Falcom website though.
