ya its a great sub, as you have noticed i beat the hell out of it. i am looking foward to the new model that they are coming out with and getting my hands on two of them, i popped this one and my tweeters in my monitors when i plugged in a new computer audio card :( note: be sure to turn off sub when messing around with new audio devices the feed back can be killer

You did a good job with the enclosure. I've got an SDX15 as well and don't really have the tools to build it right now.
IT performs well with 3.5cubic foot and higher boxes... I think I will be going with 6.5cuft for slightly more low end response.
