So of course he;s wearing different clothes. The second shot is later on in the movie after he tries to commit suicide and is rescued. Then when they are found by the Nightwalkers he puts the house on lockdown which is the second time he closes the steel shutters of the house. NOT a blooper.

In the movie industry, this is called continuity. They actually have 1-2 people who's job is to note all sorts of details - so that are the same from day to day and shoot to shoot. Unfortunately ontinuity errors are in virtually all films, even Kubrick (one of THE greatest director / producers with a VERY fine attention to detail) had them in his movies.
