BEING A GUIDE AND HAVE CAUGHT MANY BLUES. I WOULD GUESS THAT ONE TO BE BETWEEN 38-43 LBS. AND AROUNG 38-40 INCHES.

yeah i tournament fish and guide in oklahoma, and have caught multiple blues exceding 50lbs on certified scales i keep in my boat, and i'd have to say proly right around 32 or 33lbs, anyfish in 30;s is good

I've caught hundreds of big cats and this one was a nice one. But its not 55 Lbs. Low 40's most likely.

There was nothing negative about what I said, and I even said it was a nice catch. But as I said, and I still stand by that it's not as big as they are exclaiming it is.....and "fish" stories are quite common with fish this size.

very nice fish. i fish lake tawakoni my self from time to time. you can catch a limit of 1 to 5 pound channels and blues daily from march to october. great fishing

it may look like 40lbs. but maybe the fats and juices inside the fish made it weighs 55lbs.

Oh dudes that is nothing compaired to the time my cousin catched this whopper biggen one time. It was just after the rain had came and the pole was bent like half way to the core, and then all of a sudden the pole break and the fish was a biggen got away before the rain had come so we could see clearly now that he had escaped. If that fish were catched I was so mad I would wack him with my cain if I was abel.

My son caught a Bluecat bigger than that fish and it was at 32 pounds on the digital scale but I will say you caught a nice fish, not very good eatin but fun as hell to pull in.
