Dogs poop and pee all over the house. Cats use a sandbox. Dogs are noisy and bark. Cats are nice and quiet. Dogs bite people. My cats don't bite people. That is why I like my cats. I don't need or desire to train them to do tricks. They have me trained quite well though! I can leave them alone, and they are fine. A dog requires more attention and you can't leave it alone for too long. I like my cats better than any dog.

terriers are far better than cats, they're lower maintenance than most dogs, independent like cats but far more affectionate, attentive and entertaining than a cat ever could be. i've owned 1 cat and 3 english bull terriers and i cant think of a single thing i prefered about my cat.

i dont dislike cats, i just find that a terrier has the best stereotypical elements of cats and dogs.

in my experience with regards to grooming cats are far more awkward. all but one of my dogs hate water but dont make a fuss when being bathed.

i'd much rather train a dog to go outside than train a cat to shit in a designated area indoors. far more pleasant.

dogs wont have fleas if you look after them, cats are just as likely to get fleas if not looked after. arguable more so since they fuck off on their own all the time. most dogs arent noisy, mine only bark when startled and growl when they're playing.

if a dog gets dirty during a walk, give it a bath, try that with a cat and it'll tear your fucking arm to shreds (i should know, my old cat came in one day covered head to toe in mud, i've still got scars to prove it).
