Guys, guys. You should all realize that it is not the amount of notes you hit that determines the # of stars. Your avegare multiplier must be above a certain number. I believe it's x3.0 for a 4 star, and x3.5 for a 5 star. ( correct me if I'm wrong) And if you are able to keep the average multiplier above 4.0, you mastered the song, short of being it an fc.

It's GY and RY chords just so you know. I don't use any special technique for it. I just hold yellow with my ring finger and alternate between red and green with my middle and index fingers respectively.

I used to play purely on HS5 and it doesn't make you do worse, it's all preference. I now have it lowered to 4 but its only temporary. I played Gh2 and RB for a few months and they dont have Hyperspeed 5 so I'm not used to the speed anymore.

1. no, rockband isnt a rip-off of GH because harmonix(rockband) and red octane(GH) had both made GH1 and i think GH2 together. but both companies broke up and red octane stayed with GH and harmonix made rockband.

2. yes, GH4 is a rip off of rockband because rockband is a bigger hit at parties and stuff so GH wants to make some competition
