plenty of pro fighters in every fighting sport tend to do that. if you watch boxing, kickboxing, freestyle wrestling and variations of mma...it's common. it's not smart, but, then again, that's why most often world champions don't do it. i can fairly promise you that any time a guy gets hit, drops and his arms go stiff in an involuntary spasm, it's not a fake unless the guy is such a good actor that he can send his central nervous system into concussive shock to 'sell' the performance.

that depends on the organization sanctioning the fight. in some cases, it's recorded as a draw, which, in my opinion, respects the fighters pride but not his health and well being. with other organizations, a double knockout is called a 'double ko' and counts as a knockout loss for both guys. this is mostly so that medical bans might be considered if the guys suffered any kind of head trauma, concussion and so on...a ban to give them the appropriate time to recover before getting hit again.

yeah, what might have happened was that when he punched the other guy, he might have jarred his wrist. If done correctly, it can pinch a nerve in the wrist and Will knock down the puncher.
