Keep working on it you can do it. I am hearing impaired and I have difficulty pronouncing some words. I was in speech therapy when I was younger because I couldn't make both the 'th' sound and sibilance sounds. I still catch myself lisping from time to time but overall my speech is pretty good.

You should go to speech therapy I've been going for a month now and my lisps' already starting to be less noticeable. It's kinda hard at first cuz they have to teach you how to place your tongue right when your using s's but trust me it's worth it :)

When you pronounce a 'S' word try clinch your teeth together and then say it.

The problem with your speech is that, you keep your mouth open with your tongue pointing outside your teeth when the tongue should be behind your teeth. Practise smiling and talking the same time and keep your mouth smiling and IDK read a page out of a book and your mouth will get use to it. Hope this helps?
