I've been a fan of Jimi for years, and this show is the best live performance I've ever heard him give. The backing band of H.E.A.T. with Tommy Denander put such energy into these classic songs, topped off with THAT voice. Easily one of the best DVD's I've seen this year.

@dickburnsrocks: Garbage?!? There are VERY few live DVDs capturing the excitement and action of a rock show in such a superb quality. Makes you feel as if you were there! (Unfortunately, I wasn't :) ). Great camera work, fantastic sound, brilliant editing. Not sure if you've watched the full DVD, but it is far from being 'garbage'. Actually, I am going to claim that this DVD will be a future classic. Jimi ROCKS!!!!

@dickburnsrocks Everyone is entitled to their opinion - if you want to fly in the face of the euphoric sold out crowd who witnessed this show, the overwhelming response which saw Jimi booked to come back to headline the first day of Firefest the year after, and all the people who bought the DVD because of the quality of the performance, then that's your prerogative.
