Ha ha yeah alot of that went on in the early series maybe they didnt have the money to keep doiing re edits and alot if made the show more naturalistic in away sometimes mistakes actually help it look more real especially the falling things. I did not the one where they smirk alot though and yeah I did wonder what exactly they mustve been joking about in between scenes. Theres also one uve missed where Doyle takes a drink of what is suppoesdly whiskey and nearly chokes and Bodie smirks

according to Bob Rocca's book yes. Although at first it wasn't planned to do the stunt with Lewis himselft.

But he did very well, given that there's actually no safety net and all.

I was there on that second shot. They shot it at Southall Gas Works. I was still at school and managed to befriend the crew! Lewis fell over and everyone came running after the director shouted cut! He was okay and asked if they wanted to shoot it again? The director said no, just roll in from the floor. It worked considering they didn't have VT play back you wouldn't know.

I so desperately want to see some behind the scenes stuff... it must be out there somewhere... surely! Have you seen the bit in Close Quarters where I assume the film is back to front... the bandit car chases Bodie/Julia and turns around in front of the camera and the driver is on the left!
