Both State and Fed Govt have a strong reservation policy in India, since independence. 15% Reservation at FED in all institutes (medical, Eng, law, ) and job reservations in all govt. offices , including Civil services, for Dalits.

The state of Tamil Nadu where this video is shot, there is net 90 % reservation on all Govt. educat. institutes for various category of Cast .
