Yeah something has to happen, you have to make your kids clear not to tease animals and not to be around people who tease animals. I dont know about you but dogs are pretty smart. they may go after just anyone out of a pack but chances are both kids were teasing the dog and the dog went after one of them. Lesson learned, he survived.
