ive listened to it a few times & think it could be about a girl who tries to steal another girls man;

a "pretty little thing " puts her "filthy fingers" in someone else's "pie" (pie referring to the taken man).. this makes the other girl cry & as revenge/to stop this girl from looking at her man in that way, she cuts the little girls eye out. because of the hurt the girl caused, she needs to watch her back, which is why she sleeps with her one eye open.
