But i have seen it as an indoor salute or higher ranking and more polictial meeting in footage and such. Ive always seen it as jsut another way of doing the more commonly seen gesture.

another reason as to slavs and ruskies being "subhuman" is IQ, there is a 7 point spread or so between russia and germany today as to IQ - this varies a bit over time... and needs to be adjusted as to being JUST russian or not, as in USSR and the current much smaller russia... 6-7 points may not seem like much but when the world average is about 90, as per VDARE, i would rather live in germany, a country with an IQ 13%+ higher

not true, even with a loss the germans had kill ratios WAY in their favor, especially against the russians...
america very often had kill ratios around 10 to one or much higher against the japs, lower that 3 to one only once that i've seen at Tarawa... but against the germans we had to greatly outnumber them to get anything close to 2 to one, if that even ever happened...
the germans had the best military overall in WWII, of course not at the end, but overall they were the best
