This is one of those long songs where I would play different parts of it on the guitar or bass, but wasn't really sure which Zep song it was. Ten Years Gone is another one like that. My memory lapse was probably due to my state of mind during that period of my life They are both Masterpieces. I saw these guys in 1975 and 1977 at Madison Square Garden. In '75, they were touring this album. The were one of the greatest bands, EVER!

There's something about this song that I just can't explain. I cried the first time I listened to it, and I still continue to shed tears and get chills every time I've listened since. It just brings up these emotions that I can't control. No other song has ever been able to bring me to tears. Words can't even come close to describing the greatness of this song.

My High School music teacher told me a story about how he watched a man perform a song on the bagpipes, and he started crying, but he didn't know why. After the piece the man said that the song was about a solider who died during a war or something, and that a few audience members were probably crying. Music has the power to affect people in ways they can't explain.
