Hello I have a problem! Can anyone help?

I have a headset and I also have a 2.1 audio setup. 1 left speaker, 1 right speaker and a subwoofer.

Now, when i'm in games and im standing in front of a person talking, I cant hear anything! Nothing at all. But I can only hear something if its coming from the right or from the left.

This is really a big problem, I can hear left and right audio, but not center and subwoofer audio. (it does not make any sound in my Realtek audio configuration)

Anyone?

I've had no sound on my computer and I jsut uniinstall my sound card and restart my computer. When my computer starts up it recognizes "new hardware" the sound card and it works.

Yesterday I had no sound in youtube.

I had to uninstall Adobe player and reinstall it again from the Adobe website.

You have to close down your browser window for it to install.

That fixed the sound on youtube and all the sound was good in my computer too. This problem occurs when Adobe has an upgrade.

My experience has been, the last two times there has been an update to

Adobe Flash .. this not having sound ... happens.

Then I uninstall Adobe Flash and have to install the latest version.

That''s the only thing that has changed I can think of to lose my sound.

I got it back for my computer but not for youtube this time.

anything else that doesnt work is involving your soundcard being disabled, windows audio service being disable or having improper registries. so if your having problems after the audio cables are properly hooked up (for sure) do a malware and registry scan and install and ensure all audio drivers are running properly. Thumbs this up because I know the audio cables hooked up wrong is one of the first problems for alot of you. -Dev1

yo THE PRIMARY REASON FOR NO SOUND ON YOUTUBE/FIREFOX/INTERNET starts with the audio cables being hooked up improperly. START by testing all the ports (if you do not know which ones are the exact output and input ports) you can do this by playing a youtube music vid and a windows media file, have them both playing together while you test your output/input ports for audio cables. (I have had a client improperly plug in her audio cables from computer to the speakers) so mp3s worked but firefox no.

this is how to get ur sound back :

1. go to google and search drivermax then download it and install it

2.scan ur pc

3.register (its free) and verify ur email

4.click driver downloads and info then check online for driver updates

5.choose the driver then press the floppy disc

6.download the update then open it with drivermax

7.let the update download

8.u got ur sound back (works for all sound cards)

ATTENTION EVERYONE - HERE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND FOR FIXING AUDIO

When youtube goes out, or sound gets flakey - stop and start the WINDOWS AUDIO SERVICE.

I use this so often I've made a little file named audio.cmd and inside is this

net stop "Windows Audio"

net start "Windows Audio"

Works nearly every time - if not I also close and reopen my sound card driver, an Emu but not every sound card allows this.

Hey i have a computer problem i was wondering if you had a solution.

I have a dell dimension e520 and my system is not giving out sound such as youtube videos by external hardware like speakers and no sound from microphones either.

How do i get the speakers to connect to the computer i have all the right ports plugged in but when i go to control panel and sound settings it says no audio device detetected.

Hi, I had already done this procedure since i read it on a forum, and it worked, I got sound back on the internet, however in a matter of minutes sounds stops playing in videos again. I have to repeat this procedure and reboot (as an alternative I've realized it's enough to close firefox, hit F5 while on my desktop to refresh it, reopen the browser, sound plays again) which gets sound back on the internet once again only to go away in just a few minutes... Anoying! Can u help please?

For all the people that had the same problem as me adding the Reg file in "not a Reg file" You have to have the "Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00" at the top of it =P Thumbs Up if i helped =D

Hey bro mines is kinda weird. i could only hear it on the gray analog I/O. The green one nothing. On the gray side i only will hear it if i put the real tek HD manager thingy and put it to "room", concet etc. Something something is missing.

Hey for all the guy's who have NO SOUND ON THE INTERNET like youtube etc.

and if you CAN listen to windows media player or your microphone.

Just PLUG your stereo or sound boxes in THE SECOND HOLE in the computer.
