GREAT idea! I just tried it playing Mario Kart Wii, and you're very right, there is a certain "stress" added to the exercise. I'm going to do this every day and see what happens.

Sounds like a great way to keep fit. I'm more of a move to music (fast paced/ dance music)guy, that's when I haven't got the DIY or Gardening to keep me occupied. You've guessed it I hate exercise, unless there's some point to it. Dropping pounds and getting fit, doesn't motivate me. Enjoying life, meeting people does.

I think all these fitness machines are crap.

If you need to play videogames while exercising, that means you don't like exercising at all, and you'd better give it up and sitting on your sofa.

Otherwise, if you want to get fit, the best thing to do is going outside in the sunshine and practise regularly an activity that you *like* - better if you join a company with the

same hobby.

Playing video games while doing aerobic exercises, or reading the paper or watching TV, distracts you from the boredom aspect. Keep your mind engaged elsewhere while your body gets its exercise and your workouts will last longer, which is a good thing. 3 times a week for 20 minutes is the bare minimum for aerobic exercise programs.

Home gym does not work for me. I have too many excuses at home. I do enjoy listening to my iPod Video to audio versions podcasts. Guess a cheap mp3 player would work better.

I don't know weather or not you were advertising the product for their company or you've genuinely brought it for your own use. I've seen most of your videos and don't get me wrong, I think the information you give is relatively useful, but when you mention products mostly software, I wonder weather or not this is a scam to try and promote these goods.

Wow, you are loyal! If a product breaks for me more than once I refuse to buy it again. I am all about a home gym. I prefer my home gym as opposed to going out to a gym. More convenient and I can listen to my own music without headphones! :) I agree about playing games where you're actually being physically active! DDR rocks! I want one! Good for you! Way to promote fitness! w00t! ("Geeky" or not... it's still fitness! I think it's awesome!)
