I prefer watching TV or Music channels on my killer 42 Incher while using an Elliptical Trainer!
In honesty I don't like the gliders, wish I did because those are much cheaper but I can't because I'm a big lad and those things have no resistance....I need to workout my larger muscles. lol!
GREAT idea! I just tried it playing Mario Kart Wii, and you're very right, there is a certain "stress" added to the exercise. I'm going to do this every day and see what happens.
Nice :) I was actually thinking of setting up my console in the living room while I use the gazelle so I wont get board. Now I see that someone does this already. If it works for you, it'll probably work for me. Thanks dude.
Sounds like a great way to keep fit. I'm more of a move to music (fast paced/ dance music)guy, that's when I haven't got the DIY or Gardening to keep me occupied. You've guessed it I hate exercise, unless there's some point to it. Dropping pounds and getting fit, doesn't motivate me. Enjoying life, meeting people does.
If you need to play videogames while exercising, that means you don't like exercising at all, and you'd better give it up and sitting on your sofa.
Otherwise, if you want to get fit, the best thing to do is going outside in the sunshine and practise regularly an activity that you *like* - better if you join a company with the
Playing video games while doing aerobic exercises, or reading the paper or watching TV, distracts you from the boredom aspect. Keep your mind engaged elsewhere while your body gets its exercise and your workouts will last longer, which is a good thing. 3 times a week for 20 minutes is the bare minimum for aerobic exercise programs.
I love tony little's gazelle. Its easy and fun, I mess around on it alot. You should check out tony little and the g4 spoof, I think its really funny.
Home gym does not work for me. I have too many excuses at home. I do enjoy listening to my iPod Video to audio versions podcasts. Guess a cheap mp3 player would work better.
A Halo player huh? Check out my halo vids. Woops, did I just wh*re my vids? Really I didn't mean to. The other people here can inore my vids. Just letting Chris P. (a fellow Xbox player) know i've uploaded some of my own Halo 2 experiences . . and me and my friends are the best most awesomest players out of everybody (Insert major sarcasm with a spasm) . . which you can see when you watch the vids.
i dont know weather or not ur ADVERTISING the product 4 their company, maybe uve been given a couple of bucks to do this?, or u hav really brought it 4 ur personal use. uve mentioned many products, mostly software in ur videos iam wondering weather this is a scam! to promote these goods!!?
I can see you have a firm grasp on the English language - so if you really want to see the receipt for this product that I fully paid for, I'd be happy to furnish it for you. The only thing I ask is that you compose a complete sentence first?
I don't know weather or not you were advertising the product for their company or you've genuinely brought it for your own use. I've seen most of your videos and don't get me wrong, I think the information you give is relatively useful, but when you mention products mostly software, I wonder weather or not this is a scam to try and promote these goods.
As for my language, it isn't as bad as u might think. I was trying to convey my emotions at the time and yes I realise now that it hasn't gone quite to plan. I do apologise. I recommend "Paracetamol", two or three tablets for the headache that I unintentionally might have inflicted upon you.
Oh and say "hi" to Ponzi for me and thanks for taking some time off your busy schedule to reply to me and I know now that "weather" doesn't have the same meaning as "whether".Well, well, well I guess you do learn new things everyday lol. Well you meaning me. xD
and no there won't be a need for you to show me the receipt for this product, as anything can be duplicated, anything could be hacked, surly you as a geek know that. =p
You could have purchased this product genuinely but by advertising this product in the 1st place there is also the possibility you've been paid enough by the company to go out there and buy hundreds if u wished too. xD
well i am sorry, you'll just have to put up with it. :D Oh and since i have your attention, i was wondering wat the hell are those light things above your kool dual screens, fixed in that brown unit. Do they serve a real purpose or are they just decorative?
Knowing Chris and his long-standing history in the tech community, I trust the products he recommends. I watch/read in great part for that very reason.
Wow, you are loyal! If a product breaks for me more than once I refuse to buy it again. I am all about a home gym. I prefer my home gym as opposed to going out to a gym. More convenient and I can listen to my own music without headphones! :) I agree about playing games where you're actually being physically active! DDR rocks! I want one! Good for you! Way to promote fitness! w00t! ("Geeky" or not... it's still fitness! I think it's awesome!)
I use the nintendo wii every day ;)
