Does anyone know how Radiohead made that whirly effect in the song at the end?

i believe the whirly effect is the result of adjusting the delay speed with a dial similar to the ones on a delay pedal. The pedal i use has that function so sometimes ill hit a note, turn the delay all the way up and turn the dial. the more you turn the dial to the left or right, the faster or slower the delay becomes thus making the repeated sound higher or lower in pitch. kinda like a whammy pedal.

I understood, he wants to sohw the alienation or this kind of stuff...but we don't know why he has this kind of feelings, we see just a show of feelings, nothing more...actually the movie maker was confused like his actor when he shot it.

Hmm. I didn't really like it. Having a person wandering around and looking confused for the first half of the video was boring and uninteresting. The masks weren't half as creepy as you thought they were, and it generally doesn't have any clear idea behind it. Sorry, just my opinion.

Me gusto musho el video :D hehe mi parte favorita es cuando le dan el cigarro hahaha, solo como critica constructiva el protagonista pudo haberse metido un poco mas en su papel, y sacarse las manos de las bolsas :S por todo lo de mas muy bien :D los felicito
