@Xezlec They are NOT everywhere like many people seem to believe. I've yet to find a single one even with 100x magnification. Not even in a dirty blanket that our cat sleeps on and which hasn't been washed in over half a year. In fact, at least here in Finland, some experts go as far as to say that dust mites are almost extinct due to dry room air and the use of artificial fibers.

@Uxmai It's not just that many people seem to believe it, it's actually taught as scientific fact. My dad is a biology professor and he still insists that they're everywhere. Usually, when he claims that something is true but it doesn't seem true to me, he turns out to be right somehow. So I'm not going to give up looking for them just yet. I read somewhere that they hate light so they usually live only deep inside things like mattresses. We'll see.

YEA, well theres two: one is the expensive one , go to home depot u buy like 100 sparys against dust mites and boila bnut u gotta put em in the sun (the pillows and bed) to disapear them, the cheap one is to move ur bed to the sun , pillows, all with the bed and wait leave it like 5 hours in the sun and dead mites and living mites will die and disapear, then wash all ur mantles and there we go! (wash pillow because not all mites die and disapear with the same about 70% do)
