I see Ernie Hays retired after 40 years of being behind the organ for the St. Louis Cardinals. The Cardinals sure gave him a grand sendoff before one of their games at Bush Stadium. I'm glad that the Cardinals have kept the organ as part of the music at Busch. Aren't the organist duties being shared by two or three men who were all understudies/students of Ernie Hays?
Will forever miss him at the ballpark.

I used to love hearing Ernie watching Blues-Wings games, but seemed fairly half-hearted send off, though

It's nice to hear organ music rather than that canned blarring crap you have to listen to at so many parks these days!
