although, you can take apart the 2x2 without it breaking, you just need to know how.

DUDE from the Philippines you rock i solved in for one day and my mom just bought it and i solved it already my family scrambled it but i solved it in 3x3x3 i solved it for 1:05 sec.and the 2x2x2 i dont know whats my time but i solved it and im still 9 yrs. old by the way thank you so much

The problem with my cube is that I cant tell where the top and bottom is anymore. It's a cube so all sides are the same.

this is very similar to a 3x3x3. the fastest i can solve a regular one is in about 3 minutes.

By the way, I want to ask. so does it mean that to find out which colours are at which side, you look at the top left hand cube?

when your doing the ri di r d algorithm you can skip a couple of steps instead of repeating the same code
