I think he only raps on "The Sound of the Zeekers", and you can hear him talk on a few of the intros to songs and the skits, plus he also produced the beat for "Case of the P.T.A." I guess it's sort of like how Phife didn't rap very much on ATCQ's first album, but became a more visible member on the rest. (If you didn't know already, FWAP is from 1991, while T.I.M.E. is from 1993).
