awww beautiful dogs! i love bloodhounds and coonhounds (all the types)....what differences in temperament, energy, etc do you see in them? i'm not talking about looks, i know all about their breed standards. but i am always debating and going back and forth between the 2. but eventually i plan to rescue a bloodhound or coonhound probably a black&tan, redbone, or english...those are my favorites. again very cute, i love the sound of a houndog baying!

@lexy4719 Sorry, didn't see this before somehow. If I had to choose between the two, a B&T Coonie all the way!! No doubt in my mind. Their noses are better, less drool & mess, less health problems statistically, but both breeds are sweet as pie, trustworthy, lovable, & worth every moment. Both are wonderful hounds.
