I've done a lot of research about this case. I'm not a racist, I'm not biased towards cops. I looked at the physical evidence, the testimonies, the inconsistencies, etc... and the truth is, this was not murder. A tragedy, to be sure, but to have charged the cops with anything would have been an injustice.
If Bell had turned left and drove away instead of turning right and hitting the van a second time, he'd still be alive right now.

This was not a racist incident. Two detectives heard Joe Guzman say he was going to get a gun. So Guzman, Bell, and Benefield were followed to their car. Was the gun in the car? No. Did the cops know that? NO.
If the cops ignored this comment, and Guzman came back with a gun and started shooting people (Everyone thought the guy Bell was arguing with had a gun, maybe they'd come back for that guy)... someone would say "Why did the police let this happen? Why weren't they doing their job?"

The cop who shot 30 times stopped and reloaded his gun. Im sick of people saying one witness state he heard one of them say he was going to go get a gun, but no weapon was never found. where is it? The cops waived their right to a jury trail because they knew they stood a better chance of getting away with it if a judge decided the case. In my opinion, it can be RACIST because a BLACK cop has the same training as the WHITE COP. BLACKS cops see and learn the same STEROTYPES. It is taught, preached, simulated, and insinuated that BLACK men are dangerous. The Drug enforcement activities are setup to find BLACK male criminals...not BECAUSE there are more BLACK criminals...but because BLACKS are considered more dangerous with or without a gun. The fact that BLACK cops are involved does not stop this act from being RACIST.

So if I'm in a car and a man pulls out a gun in front of me and I don't see a badge...Also, why didn't the "trained" cops stop them before they got in the car. They should have called for a marked police car to engage them or pull them over if they made it to their car. Cops are also trained to shot a couple of rounds and then judge the situation again. The shooting wasn't racist, but the aquittal was. The aquittal sets a very dangerous precedance. It sends a message that any cop, undercover or not, has a liscense to murder a young black man at will. This may very well place a bullseye on all young brothers. The cops were undercover officers who started an altercation with bell, shot him out of anger and then hid behind their badges. I'm an ex special forces operative and i'll bring retribution to any cop who does this to my family.

There is no proof there was a gun anywhere with Sean Bell, the cops say there was a fourth man in the car who ran but no other witnesses claim to have seen this phantom man. There was no gun at the scene. Sean Bell hit the unmarked police car and cops opened fire, just because there were two black cops doesn't mean it had no racial motivation behind it. I've done a lot of research about this case. I'm not a racist, I'm not biased towards cops. I looked at the physical evidence, the testimonies, the inconsistencies, etc... and the truth is, this was not murder. A tragedy, to be sure, but to have charged the cops with anything would have been an injustice.
If Bell had turned left and drove away instead of turning right and hitting the van a second time, he'd still be alive right now.

This was not a racist incident. Two detectives heard Joe Guzman say he was going to get a gun. So Guzman, Bell, and Benefield were followed to their car. Was the gun in the car? No. Did the cops know that? NO.
If the cops ignored this comment, and Guzman came back with a gun and started shooting people (Everyone thought the guy Bell was arguing with had a gun, maybe they'd come back for that guy)... someone would say "Why did the police let this happen? Why weren't they doing their job?"

The cops waived their right to a jury trail because they knew they stood a better chance of getting away with it if a judge decided the case. So if I'm in a car and a man pulls out a gun in front of me and I don't see a badge...Also, why didn't the "trained" cops stop them before they got in the car. They should have called for a marked police car to engage them or pull them over if they made it to their car. Cops are also trained to shot a couple of rounds and then judge the situation again. The shooting wasn't racist, but the aquittal was. The aquittal sets a very dangerous precedance. It sends a message that any cop, undercover or not, has a liscense to murder a young black man at will. This may very well place a bullseye on all young brothers. The cops were undercover officers who started an altercation with bell, shot him out of anger and then hid behind their badges. I'm an ex special forces operative and i'll bring retribution to any cop who does this to my family.

I teach my underage nephew to shoot guns. I have for years. Be a teen soon: plays sport paintball. Great kid. You ask him, "What do you do when a point a gun at someone?" he will answer: "I kill them; they are dead." 'When do you point a gun at someone?"
