I would not only have to go out more to see it that bad, but I would have to go very far, or find that greater toronto area that is any where near that bad.
The rest of the world is no where near California. I didn't think it was quite that bad there. Its bad here, but I have not seen a strip of houses with under 67% occupancy rate.
Canada is in much better shape, and I would not go to America any time soon either.
I do need to go out more, and Alberta would be nice.

Endless, you are welcome to come to Alberta anytime, although we have certainly had our share of layoffs out here. I work for a housing company and we did better than expected this year, however that may have been due to low interest rates. They are still nervous about next year.

Dude your views are not way down. Its youtube doing it to anybody whos not Pro Obama. The day you posted "fall of the republic" it said 302 views from morning till i went to bed at midnight. They do this often to discourage people from watching . If it shows a low viewing most people are not going to watch it. I love your vids.

Don't just watch your area decay. Do your part to help. Give food or clothing to people in need. I'm in Texas. Its not that bad here yet. But here nieghbors help each other and watch out for others property. I've been stocking up on everything(ammo,food,water,clothes). I hope you all are doing the same. Another great vid man.

Great series and it's still very smart to invest in Gold and silver. It does go up it down but it doesn't matter it's more than worth it and better than paper any day no matter how you look at it.

DO NOT recommend idiots to buy gold & silver as a hedge against inflation.
Since last year, I've been giving dozens of economy news printouts to people around me, so they can read them themselves & prepare for hyperinflation.
A rock head bought merely 2 ounces of gold (@ $930/oz) & BITCHES every single time gold price goes down.
He bitched when the price went down from $1,000 to $995.
He bitched again, today, because it went down $1,029.

They just over built. The market was booming, 4-5 years ago. They thought it would continue and they got caught with their pants down. Sorta like the Krispy Kreme donut business. They closed a lot of them down. They just over built.

Great vid. Although I'm very skeptical of a government tax (Mello Roos) being a good deterrent to avoiding bad neighbors. If someone owns property and wants to paint their house lime green that's their right. And they should be able to do it. Fuck zoning laws.
