  • Want relief? Vote Obama/Biden 2012!!!!! Lol, and go get yourself some change, spare change, lol. Or....Romney/Sachs 2012, or how about Goldman/Sachs 2012? The real truth is, no matter who you vote for, you voted for Goldman and Sachs. Game over folks, game fucking over.

  • Hey, I live in a Mc mansion Lol!! love my house. We pay a associations fee. like he says it better to pay and keep your neighborhood looking good.

  • Sam is a cool guy.

  • Patriots unite here

  • MAD MAX!!!! bring it on!!!

  • L

  • the petrol needs to be cheaper in the usa though, as one needs a car to get around there.

  • it's becoming like a ghost town in london too, which is the financial capital of the world... it's bad everywhere. The cost of petrol (gas) and food is cheaper in the usa then eu nations though & the weather is better there.

  • it did LOOKEDED good once.

  • socialism will save us, just print more money and distribute it "evenly" regardless of hard work or skills. Yes, high taxes without any reward or capital. Sounds like a logical plan.

  • 3:01 Don't be such a snob, Scrappers keep your street clean, so your kiddie pool can squat on your overpriced lawn pad vs walking over a mine field off rubbish to get to it. You know I was hoping for a uplifting video that would enlighten the viewer as to how one can purchase a flat for 2 or3k so they don't have to be homeless, but rather you seem to side with overinflated lofty property values that got us in this mess in the first place

Not all off us are fit to slave to the man for 30 years

  • Disgusting!!! Cmon people lets wake up and take our countries back from these NWO elite assholes. The banks are sitting on those new houses and theirs homeless in the streets. The whole setup is wrong, and "we the people" need to put down out gadgets, stop masturbating and get the fuck out their and tell these NWO's we know what they are up to and to stop it NOW!! Its time to open a can of whoop ass peeps.

  • How can you support a system where they are loaning out "air" the money you receive from loans doesnt even exist, but you pay real money on "air" and if you default they take your real stuff. Banks are meant to loan what they hold, plain and simple, hence why it WAS important for them to attract customers to deposit in THEIR banks for a bigger 'vault" and bigger loans. My country has 4 trillion out in loans and has 440 million in their vaults, its all air people, thats why its goin tits up..

  • For those who live in Victorville, go to the YouTube searchbar and type in "Timmy Straw Victorville"...

  • there doesnt look like anything in this victorville. i woud not live there.

  • yes this part of town is horrible but if you keep going further down bear valley road you'll find quite a lot more

    Yes business is terrible

and so is the construction industry but Victorville is far from a ghost town I live here and life is hard but not unbearable

I can attest unemployment is 15% and jobs are low but it is still livable here

  • BWA HA HA HA GOODBYE AMERICA! AMERICA IS GOING DOWN. THE WEALTHY HAVE BECOME THE POOR AND THE POOR WILL SOON REVOLT AGAINST THE ULTRA WEALTHY TASK MASTERS AND OVER LORDS.

  • WOW....!

  • WOW...your video is eye popping. I can't believe that the houses are marked down by 50%-70% off the price... totally incredible...A neighborhood that is a ghost town..In the the words of David Bowie, "This is not America."

  • That's pretty desolate for being so close to LA. Wow! I'd be getting out of there. Looks worse than Las Vegas.

  • AMAZING

  • why would anyone buy a home in the middle of a dessert

  • @adapaevolved thats what i said to myself while watching..."who the hell would want to live in victorville though?"...place used to be known ONLY for its meth production, and probably still is...

  • @adapaevolved its pretty dope here haha

  • I remember touring Victorville, Hesperia, and Apple Valley in 2004 and 2005... There was such hopes for the area... Even then I knew it would collapse...by now... Those rising home prices would have to fall...

  • what is "MELLO-ROOS"???

  • How sad, everone is STILL trying to rip-off everyone else - and there is no real money any longer.

A bank being fined $7000/week for not keeping area infrastuture in place, and they then take OUR money to pay for these they were responsible for creating - HA, HA, HA - the games are over, this economy is so done - and just wait till these problems hit the wealthier communities even harder.

  • This video is pretty outdated, There are no more foreclosures on the market there, it has all been sold, real estate investors are buying them left and right. Besides the growth in this area is totally worth getting into and if you can't see it you're blind, everything from manufacturing to transportation to real estate to health care to green energy projects are all here and are all moving fast in the slowest economic times. look them up. DesertXpress, Victorville2, SCLA to name a few.

  • @arab4ever Jobs are fleeing the U.S. like rats from a barn fire. There are pockets of growth of course, but for the most part we only have the service sector remaining. My own company, Xerox, will have nothing left in the U.S. within 5 to 7 years.

  • Off topic here, but the landscaping is interesting. I live in the ATL metro area. We have real grass and lots of trees. I'm not used to seeing desert landscape. It actually looks a lot easier to maintian then cutting grass and hedges weekly, and fighting back the kudzu. I guess we live in a jungle here.

  • The banks don't care because they have insurance to cover any losses they incur due to foreclosure. That's why they don't bother dealing with you, they don't have to. It's not in their interest. They are scum.

  • I lived in that neighborhood. Now I live across town, about 10 mins east. I rented there for a year. It was really going down then and it's worse now.

I gotta say though that this idea of gangs is off.

People around here aren't into being a gang member. they're trying to make their way and they group together.

Sure people do crime here, less in my neighborhood but that's gonna happen any time there's this economic climate.

These guys are chilly about all this. Maybe I'll do a bit about it too.

  • Not good, man. Home should be home with people whether big or small but this. This is Silent Hill and Resident Evil combine in economic metaphor, man. George and Sam explain the situation well.====tbc====....

  • George did Trinity ever pay you lol

  • For those of us who are uninformed...what is Mello Roos???

  • @60odeeman, Mello-Roos is a unique form of financing used by cities, counties, and other similar districts in order to fund large-scale projects such as the construction of schools or roads. In order to be able to use this kind of financing, the voters in the district must approve the formation of a Mello-Roos district by a vote. Once the district has decided to become a Mello-Roos district, the money spent to finance one of these projects is repaid by the voters through taxes.

  • What a croc. This video and user are trying to scare people into buying their product, gold. What kind of a moron would invest in gold when it's at it's highest price ever? Buy high, sell? Don't think so.

First off, why is the guy being interviewed the camera guy? Who does that?

  • Second of all, this video is shot in Victorville, CA. This place was the epitome of the bubble. It's 80 miles outside of Los Angeles, sometimes a 3 hour commut, yet thats exactly what the people living there do.

  • There's no real industry in the area, the airfoce base closed 30 years ago. The people living there commute back and forth to Los Angeles and Orange county for work. Why do they do this? Because they couldn't afford homes closer to where they work, Victorville, Hisperea, Apple Valley etc all had big houses, poorly and quickly built far cheaper than homes in SoCal proper. Why?

  • Because Victorville is the desert, it's either too hot, too cold or too windy, it's full of gang members and drug labs moved there for same reasons, cheap crappy homes. Palmdale is so sketchy there are rap songs written about it!

These two guys showed you one of the worst places to live in southern california, recession or not. They did it to scare you into buying into their product.

  • what exactly is their product?

  • Boo to you I say, it's this kind of scare tactic and taking advantage of people that's wrong with our country, yes we're going through a bad time, but that was one that was created by other greedy people selling snake oil to people too! I wouldn't be surprised if these two guys came out of the mortgage industry.

    Boo.

  • " Look what USA have sunk into" said the man. That's the bottom-line.

  • Comment removed

  • The mantra is " job, job, job". Man needs to turn to the earth and care for himself. She provides all we need.

  • george4title does not like visionvictory.. they don't get along.....

to bac they could not have closed ranks and worked together!

  • omg, its happening everywhere, there are many neighborhoods in my city just like these

  • what a great video, more please!

  • You have it right . Coming soon to a area near you.

  • Coming to Canada too.

  • meth labs as far as the eye can see got to love high desert

  • I'm surprised those houses haven't being robbed of their fixtures and fitings.

  • george needs some new brakes.

  • here in south west Nebraska we already garden on low maintance road ditches, a mile of herbs is worth about $5,000. free land and dicthes hold water nicely.

Use wild Gourds leaves in a sun tea spray to ward off bugs, and cash in the pocket for about a weeks work, in the spring and a Week in the fall.

  • squatters paradise

  • Thats unfair sorry, dude you have a skill move to an area with water and folks who can afford landscaping. peace.

  • High plains drifter, riding with a flea bitten range bum.

  • 150,000 for those nice new homes. I'll sell my one bedroom in Vancouver and buy two with the proceeds.

  • kept goose stepping

  • Most people have no clue what's about to happen .. 25yr of overspending by consumers is going to take 25 years to fix.. the US is going to be VERY different in a few years..

  • Lindsay Williams has said that most people will not recognise the US in 2 years time.

  • @jamaulbrown its only going to get worse if we dont change..

  • @jamaulbrown not by consumers. This collapse was planned, organized and executed by the elite bankers who run the world's economy.

  • This was actually really interesting. Thanks for posting.

  • George reppin' my university!

  • The business to be in is clearly putting up wire netting and gates!

  • "money for everthing", NOT REAL MONEY! bud, borrowed money based on NOTHING! just international IOU's

  • Excellent series!

  • Where I live in Colorado is nothing like Victorville CA. We have a diverse economy here, there are some jobs, it's not in the middle of the desert, I really don't see this kind of collapse here in the Denver area. I do like your report though George. Even though it is depressing. You will not see this anywhere from the dominate lefty media.

  • colorado is an armpit of high desert

  • Yeah and you know what your talking about.

  • considering both of my parents were brokers, yes I do.

  • Enjoy the results of your "federal" reserve bank.

  • The dollar should say "In Jews We Trust".

  • So true man the same exact house a block away from me cost 40% less then mine damn i m still too early to buy

i bought my house few month ago

  • Man again! This waste of beautiful homes just sickens me. Not only the homes but the streets and utilities are ransacked. The inland empire has the lowest priced large new houses in Cali. There was so much potential there. This is analogous to seeing a street kid get out of trouble make their way in the world only to be deported and fall back into their street ways and you one day drive by a dead body and you notice it was the kid you help out all for no fucking reason.

  • Blowin' and burnin', blinded by thirst

They didn't see the stop sign, took a turn for the worst.

She said, "Listen, baby. You can hear the engine ring. We've been up and down this highway, haven't seen a goddam thing."

He said, "Call the doctor. I think I'm gonna crash."

"The doctor says he's comin', but you gotta pay him in cash."

They went rushin' down that freeway, messed around and got lost

They didn't care they were just dyin' to get off

And it was life in the fast lane

    Funny rings true eh

  • Nice poem. But be careful cause you might get me started on a refi poem.

  • All the credit for the words go to the song writers for the band, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, and Glenn Frey, It came from the song, Life in the fast lane by The Eagles. It seemed so fitting given the video and that they are both in California, The song I believe is from the 1970's

  • excellent series George. hang in there. ppl are all over the map..trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

  • George: your views are not down- Youtube is taking them away from everybody- they're deleting comments, doing tricky things. But I'll still help- you're worth it!

  • I personally sent "fall of the republic " to everyone on my e-mail list. And asked people to send to everyone on there e-mail list. Your starting to see low views on Alex Jones vids too. And you know thats bullshit.

  • I would not only have to go out more to see it that bad, but I would have to go very far, or find that greater toronto area that is any where near that bad.

The rest of the world is no where near California. I didn't think it was quite that bad there. Its bad here, but I have not seen a strip of houses with under 67% occupancy rate.

Canada is in much better shape, and I would not go to America any time soon either.

I do need to go out more, and Alberta would be nice.

  • Endless, you are welcome to come to Alberta anytime, although we have certainly had our share of layoffs out here. I work for a housing company and we did better than expected this year, however that may have been due to low interest rates. They are still nervous about next year.

  • Dude your views are not way down. Its youtube doing it to anybody whos not Pro Obama. The day you posted "fall of the republic" it said 302 views from morning till i went to bed at midnight. They do this often to discourage people from watching . If it shows a low viewing most people are not going to watch it. I love your vids.

  • Im still watching George, this was a good series man. Youtube has honestly been missing a lot of people ive noticed. I only have like 600 subs and my views are down to from like 500-1,000 to 200-300

  • of course im not putting out a whole lot of cutting edge videos or anything just simple vlogs right now

  • Don't just watch your area decay. Do your part to help. Give food or clothing to people in need. I'm in Texas. Its not that bad here yet. But here nieghbors help each other and watch out for others property. I've been stocking up on everything(ammo, food, water, clothes). I hope you all are doing the same. Another great vid man.

  • Looks like a pyromaniacs PARADISE!!!

  • Its really pathetic seeing Cali. in literal chaos where people destroy perfectly good property.

  • HEy, fix your brakes...that little squeal should be telling you something :)

  • checked them, everything is good

  • nice vid. Thanks. MOT

  • thanks mot

  • 6:07 lol " If that was done in the other neighborhoods they would have had the head knocked off with a bat ".

  • one of many classics

  • Excellent series George. Your friend is very smart.

  • he is very knowlegeble

  • Great series and it's still very smart to invest in Gold and silver. It does go up it down but it doesn't matter it's more than worth it and better than paper any day no matter how you look at it.

  • yes

  • @ Everyone

    I cannot emphasize this enough:

DO NOT recommend idiots to buy gold & silver as a hedge against inflation.

Since last year, I've been giving dozens of economy news printouts to people around me, so they can read them themselves & prepare for hyperinflation.

A rock head bought merely 2 ounces of gold (@ $930/oz) & BITCHES every single time gold price goes down.

He bitched when the price went down from $1,000 to $995.

He bitched again, today, because it went down $1,029.

  • uh?

  • Maybe it may be used as a big barbecue

  • wow.. i have never seen a ghost town like that before

  • you def. need to get out more endless..lol

  • man, government bailout for bank destruction of good housing.

  • I'm sure more will come

  • even the Legend dog is around

  • felt a chill up my spine

  • What kind of economy did Victorville have prior to the boom anyway. It wouldn't strike me as the place that could support a lot of houses. On my way through to vegas. I looked around Barstow. I thought I'd hate to have to make it out here.

  • main attraction was cheap housing and 1-2 hour drive to job centers

  • Holy crap someone did burn the fucker down, now that I think about do not burn it down. But what are you going to do when you get screw hard...

  • if we get into a war with iran or something, those places will end up like the bad max movies, full of riders etc.

  • or military housing barracks.

  • Keep it up. History will look back at vids like this about the Great Depression 2.0.

    Please do more.

  • Excellent work George.

One of your best series so far. :-)

  • Victorville CA what a shame. Nice series George. I hope that doesn't happen here.

  • it will...so stop hoping for the best

  • Great series. Thanks for scaring the hell out of me, George.

  • what was that scary?

  • Watching this seven part series gives me the impression that this is just the beginning of a greater collapse.

  • @RCinPAWA ROAD WARRIOR COLLAPSE UNLESS WE ARREST THE BANKERS NOW.

  • @RCinPAWA Collapse; well for the better I hope

  • @RCinPAWA we need to unite to prevent it from being worse then it already is..

  • Hey George, did I hear a dog barking in this segment? I hope he wasn't abandoned. Douchebags will do that you know.

  • I didn;t here that

  • Hi, George!

    Your friend is really funny.

He has a great sense of humor.

Anyway, I'm watching all of your videos, so I hope you are getting big checks from Google.

  • I agree. Your videos are great. Get a REAL look at the depression from the people who are living the nightmare. I'm subscriber, rating your vids, I hope you're making enough coin from doing this. Its a great service.

  • viewership is way down accross the board..a little concerned

  • That's because you say things like "screw all the haters", when the so-called "haters" are your viewers. People just want you to be straight with 'em and honorable.

  • Wow George. Riveting series. I haven't moved off the couch watching this. This is more shocking than I Am Legend. This is coming to every state once millions of people run out of unemployment & go on welfare. And imagine when there's no money for welfare checks. We are legend.

  • thats really cool livefree, I'm glad you enjoyed it..I'm thinking about more professional editing cuz people just aren;t watching

  • Some of the best vids you've done in awhile. Good job, George.

  • thanks

  • Great report Sam & George. I like all your stuff. Rock on!

  • Thanks for the coverage!

  • need to fix your brakes :)

  • It's a bank robbery! Only, the banks are doing the robbing! lol!

  • George,

That was a great series. You and Sam worked well together on that one. Good Job.

  • good job

  • They just over built. The market was booming, 4-5 years ago. They thought it would continue and they got caught with their pants down. Sorta like the Krispy Kreme donut business. They closed a lot of them down. They just over built.

  • Great series of videos with your guest. The economic situation is going to get a lot worse.

  • can you spell "over built"? the whole housing industry was about profit, not about putting people in homes to actually LIVE in.

  • very good series of videos...your passenger was very well spoken.

  • everyone is still driving around newish cars

  • yes , I noticed that too, strange

  • @InflationUS I just watch a bunch of your videos....Scary stuff and thanks for posting you should be Prime time tv.

  • This is a really good anyone know if Sam has a channel here? He seems really nice.

  • great job gentlemen..enjoyed them all!

  • This will be coming to your neighborhood sooner rather than later. Great video George.

  • Thankyou Sam and George. keep up the great freelance filming guys.

  • Empty neighborhoods....creepy :-(

Great video to show what it's really like. And this is JUST the beginning.

  • We're collapsing...and losing all our worldly comforts....God is asking us to come to Him. Find Jesus while you still can...follow Him and repent. There isn't much time left :-(

  • Great series George. You deserve an award! Keep up he great work. You're out there putting it all on the line. We appreciate it.

  • right on sam and george great work...now i understand and its gonna keep goin down...

  • Yeah good info from sam...I wouldn't have guessed your average american would know so much about their area but I guess being a garden developer (forgot the term) would mean you've hunt for business right?

  • the fuckin empire is collapsing

  • George, good work. You found a highly informed local person to help us understand what's going on in his neighborhood. Sam knew what was going on in every house in his neighborhood. That's a good source. Thanks for your videos.

  • Great job George. It is a pity such a waste of resources, everything from lumber, tile, concrete, the petro energy it took to make these houses, the manpower. All gone because of greed and stupidity.

  • Really good series.

  • Great vid. Although I'm very skeptical of a government tax (Mello Roos) being a good deterrent to avoiding bad neighbors. If someone owns property and wants to paint their house lime green that's their right. And they should be able to do it. Fuck zoning laws.

  • WOW concrete antfarm 101 and location location location is all that comes to mind....

  • I agree. You two work well together. Sam is very knowledgeable.

  • Good video. Are those Joshua trees in the desert?

And what kind of an idiot would build these huge mansions side by side in the middle of the high desert?

Well, as a taxpayer I'm the idiot who's going to end up paying for them.

  • This is an awesome series! Sam is great. You two need to make more vids together.

  • Like being on the road with a couple of buddies.

  • Thanks. I love this series plus a lot of your other work. Keep it up! I'm in Wisconsin and we're not seeing anything like this but our real estate bubble wasn't as inflated.

  • George you look like you just got out of bed and decided to go meet with Sam. Wow...

  • Yeah I noticed he has that puffy look you get in the face when your getting insomnia.

  • WOW, legendary stuff

  • George.. unbelievable great work! Thanks for documenting the gang problem, the housing problem, the economic business condition all in one!! Wow!

  • I really, really enjoyed this series.

    Fab job.

  • Money for Nothing.......

great series George.. Sam is the Man

  • I wonder what would happen if there were still journalists in the media... they want our eyes closed... if they mention anything in the national media its a 15 second blip then on to the next diversion.

  • Sounds like you need to fix your brakes. before it cost you more to fix!

  • Volvos are just like that.

  • Not any I have worked on!
