I find he does the melismatic pairs of eight notes too much in the baroque style (strong weak, strong weak... This sounds quite different if these pairs are sung totally evenly , makes more an evener legato, eliminates choppiness.

All part of the modern trend to dramatise everything, rather than let the song "speak for itself", I suppose.
Still a charming and beautifully sung perormance.....
