15 fotos por segundo y los efectos son en un programa que se llama adobe after effects

i make the water in after effects, just go to effects/distort/ripples, but first (before making that) me sure you put two of the videos you want to put ripples on, and in the top one, take the pen tool and make a mask on the area you want ripples, then add the effect.

for the "fluid" movements just used stop-motion animator (thats the name of the program) and used a webcam.
