after this vid i learned to play durango 95 and teenage lobotomy had not had this much fun with my guitar in a while.

This is one of my favorite vids. Even at their last show, they were so very very tight playing and performing. Didn't go on tour at 60, like some bands today (Because they are all dead......:o/) but even if they were alive, I seriously doubt Johnny would allow a reunion tour, and he LOVED making money, but the integrity of the Ramones obviously meant more to him...

yeah his main white mosrite the frets were just about worn down to the wood,in a interview he said his guitar tech wanted him to have a fret job in 1980 but it never happend haha

@mynameistomilk no he started off with a blue mosrite but that got stolen december of 77 so he bought his white mosrite and even back then it was in need of work but only thing he did was put grover tuners on it,he used it from 77 to 96,but on occasion for a song or two he used a strat,rickenbacker,kramer

In addition to the Grover tuners, he also swapped both the bridge and neck pickups, and replaced the mosrite vibrato tailpiece with a stop bar model.
