As a Nigerian I always wonder why African Americans are so stuck on race? It's almost like they can't bend their mind around the issue. Growing up in Nigeria we didn't call each other Black because it was no big deal. If anything it's more about what tribe you belong to. @Ryacuski Exactly civilization did indeed start in what is now Africa. Although I have Black friends that don't like being called African American. I don't believe them, cept for one friend I have none have even been to Africa. Just as I'm Irish Cherokee never been to Ireland! I have been to the Cherokee res. quite a bit because it's just across the mnt from me. I love it,I embrace that part of my culture more than the Irish.And I'm one huge Drunk!
