The key to knocking someone out is to study how your opponent is training, say if my opponent is training 2 hours of boxing, id just go 3 hours of boxing training.

It's odd to me that they have people who are not known for their striking on this DVD. Like Randy Couture is a legendary MMA artist, but he is primarily a wrestler. Forest Griffin, another great fighter but not for his power, but because of his technique. Wanderlei stay getting KTFO he's mad old (although he had alot of success when he was younger). Frank Mir and Bas Rutten are the ones I think would be best to learn from in this department. It may be worth the buy just for their sections.
