hey dude nice guitar =) and nice playin too ha.. i want lucille but what guitar you would prefer a new epiphone lucille or a fender telecaster made in usa??
I have a semi-hollow, and let me say this that they are so much more powerful than solid bodies when it comes to power chords. This one is actually more versatile since there are no F holes, which allows for massive gain. So yes this thing will do any kind of music as long as you don't require a tremolo.
So great to hear one of these being really played into... that riff at the end is actually vaguely heavy, but people just don't seem to like playing rock or metal on them.
well.... have you ever heard of Gojira? im trying to get a few fellow youtubers *one with some awsome video editing software* to try and make a collab video and i thought of you on guitar. if your interested look up "a sight to behold" and lemme know what you think. thanks man:)
the only thing I needed to know before buying a Epiphone Lucille was to hear it in overdrive. It's just delightful thanks man

this guitar is only just for blues or jazz, is that true, that you cannot play metal or other kinda heavy riffs on this guitar.
RayPLL2009 2 years ago
that's bullshit, i own this guitar and you can play all kinds of music... keeps up with some heavier dstortion and gain!

a few settings on the varitone on this guitar have a sweet low metal tone. this guitar is great for anything

You can really play any kind of music on any guitar with the right amp or effects.

CJ from The Wildhearts played Lucilles for years, and they are definitely a heavier band.
