We've got a gym over in Lincoln that's worth checking out. If you're working CM IRS well worth getting input from one of the guys to quickly fix any problems and help you make the most of your work with the system. Invite stands to one of my workshops too.
If you guys are based int he UK I would take Phil (Revolutiongym) up on his offer. He would be able to help you immensely with your technique. If your not in the UK, then I would seek your nearest CM LICENSED TRAINER. Best of luck.

@patermagnus Hi, their was some basic crazy monkey being introduced here regarding the defensive manouvers. Although the priority was working on my footwork.
