Actually if you just ate clean, meaning cutting out all processed foods, and eating nothing but whole, nutritionally dense foods LIKE fruits and vegetables, lean meats and protein sources, complex carbs and healthy fats. And as for a training regimen, a great balance between weights and cardio will build muscle and burn fat! It's a lifestyle change.

well maybe , but its not that hard for everyone you know , genetics plays a huge roll,
and your body type if your a Mesomorphic then you can gain muscle very easy , but also get pretty bulky.
but if your an Ectomorphic then your almost naturally lean, and can get ripped easy
