Prue was pushed through a wall at the manor by the demon Shax.

In this episode Pheobe and Leo went to the underworld and got another demon to reset time

in the episode where Prue dies piper also asmost dies the same way but Leo got there in time to heal Piper but he didnt have the power to heal Prue too.
