there's meaning behind what she's saying. "ippen shinde mireba" means "Why won't you try dying once?" meaning find the horror of dying and what you have done. It doesn't mean the person can revive again. Dying is an eternal thing, so she's saying the person whoever did the bad thing would know the horror of what he/she has done by dying. I ca't really explain it right, but if you knew japanese you would get it.

Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae is just the continuation of Season2 where Ai Enma still alive and wont die until she gets her revenge or 400 souls but though she is still alive, her body is just a meer soul and she needs to possess a body for her to continue having revenges on thiere most hated person.. and also Ai is also looking for Sentarou who betrayed Ai and also Ai' first love.. again.. just a continuation on Ai's revenge..
