i have a 3.10 ghz quad core but my GPU 9800gt suxx and i only hav 2 gb of ram it will run like 7 fps on MY pc

PCSX2 only takes advantage of 2 cores so far; so a quad-core processor will not help with speed.

The only way to run it on the PC is to use the playstation 2 emulator with the disk.

@spermwhalesoncrack Yes, i have ran gta3 and vice city, they both run at a flawless framerate... San andreas.... if i turn all the graphic settings to minimum i can run it at about 25/30 frames per second

@winnerboi102 yeah man you'll get 2-11 fps (mega slow) though plus it will get to 75c after a half hour so it kind of gets hot to touch and uncomfortable... gta3 works ok but still very slow frame rate.. you can pretty much say goodbye to any sort of sence of normal game pay on a netbook...

it would be cool if someone ported this over to the PC so you dont need this emulator thing and then you can mod it and stuff. I miss the jet skis in the other games R* should have put them in GTASA.

Companies should listen to their consumers and then make what the consumers want. like GTA LCS/VCS on the PC.

I got PCSX2 emulator and a vcs original PS2 game. just type PCSX2 emulator configuration in, i got it config and I can play it.

Downloading ISOs from the internet is illegal. Using the emulator for a game you own may be OK because emulation itself is usually legal.

I have to admit it's not totally honest. I am playing on my pc, but I'm not playing on the steady FPS as you see in this vid. I set fraps on 30 fps, so it would look steady in a video. It's not steady on my pc!

i believe 99% that this is real because on emulators their is lag and there are little glitches LIKE THE MINI MAP IN THE CORNER OF THE SCREEN. on the original game it fits into the round bubble but on here it is outside the corners

There is a no patch for GTA VCS. Try to use newest PCSX2 version (rev. 351 for now).
