Listen, I kind of understand the stigma of which you're talking about. In any manner though, constructive critiscm has been shown to do better than regular instruction. It sends the adrenaline to pump in a person, causing better performance in a person's motor function. After all, a chef is supposed be serving food to people, so it has to be top of the line ethic.

I know a chef who "knows" him (has been in his kitchen a couple of times) and he told me it's basically all a show and that Ramsey is actually a nice guy, like most chefs are. They are usually passionate artists. He's got about 60 million quid in the bank anyway, so I doubt he would care too much what you say about bad business.

I love his shows and no I don't think he is that aggressive in the kitchen, I am from France and believe me have seen much much worse. It is the very nature of the job that makes bullying emerge, it can be very hard to bear and it even can get purely immoral, but I do not think Ramsay ( on TV anyway) is that mean. I know a chef who "knows" him (has been in his kitchen a couple of times) and he told me it's basically all a show and that Ramsey is actually a nice guy, like most chefs are. They are usually passionate artists. He's got about 60 million quid in the bank anyway, so I doubt he would care too much what you say about bad business.

I love his shows and no I don't think he is that aggressive in the kitchen, I am from France and believe me have seen much much worse. It is the very nature of the job that makes bullying emerge, it can be very hard to bear and it even can get purely immoral, but I do not think Ramsay ( on TV anyway) is that mean. Some French chefs just literally harass people in the most despicable way and break them. I don't think that's what Ramsay does.

To all you Ramsay haters, he is a chef, this is what chefs are like, they shout, swear and go nuts, just because Gordons in the media all the time, everyone seems to think he's a cock because of this. Marco, Gary, even AWT are all the same, it's just that you don't get to see them working in THEIR kitchens so they come across as pussy cats. I have worked with many chefs and they are all the same. Do you know Ramsay on a personal level? No, so stop ranting!

How this arrogant, foul-mouth got his own TV program is only because of the F word. the bloody F word and why Ramsay, who is an adulterous bully-boy narcissistic ass-hole got any prominence, is because of little minds watching and giggling as he kicks butts and intimidates people. They are the type that would like to kick butts too, but cant or they currently do it in the workplace and Ramsay justifies their sick ways. Ill be so glad when Ramsay has run his time.

So what would you prefer, I nice, calm Ramsay that would only employ experienced sous chefs in his kitchen that wont make any mistakes, Or a strict, foul-mouthed Ramsay, who actually gives less experienced young people a chance as Chef de parties and allow them to become better by telling them off when they make mistakes? a michelin star-awarded restaurante cant affort to make any mistakes and when he yells at someone is because that person makes a mistake that isnt acceptable at that level.
