  • I find dry-needling a wonderful modality to use in conjunction with Tai Chi for back pain!

  • The Tai Chi movement looks slow and soft, but if done correctly over a period of time, can do a lot of good to your body. Especially if you suffers from back pain problems,

  • The woman at 0:55 is accurate in what she says about the significance of deeper muscles over the larger ones. Strength has to build up from within before it can tackle heavier projects. Tai chi and karate are great ways in which to strengthen deep muscle and stretch tendons which make your body ready to pound the weights hard.

  • very good movements

  • lets be honest, we're all gonna suffer sitting at our computers for too long!

  • @Brady2k10 sooo damn true

  • I like to do a variety of stretches after dumbbell exercises. Tai Chi gives me a purpose in movement without weights, and helps reduce pain. Would be good to see more videos or longer ones like this.

  • oh my gosh :O that was crazy, my back was killing me and once i did this it just like went away. i mean its still there but its a lot less worse than what it was :D

btw, is it bad that im only 16 and my back is really hurting D: haha

  • @derrago back pain is something that an elderly arthritis patient with a slip disk has, it is uncommon for a 16 year old to have back pain, but only if it impairs your ability to live everyday life is it unhealthy.

  • @derrago back pain ISN'T something that's only elderly beings have. You can have back pain at your age because our back and spine are very sensitive. Any movements can bother a nerve or muscle which can give you back pain. Also, it depends where you are experiencing the pain and what type of pain it is.
