thats bad for your knees, every time you jump it pulls the bones apart from the weight, if you want to do anything "like this" you should use a medicine ball to dunk, thats what i used to do, or get a weight vest

@joshsherrod1978 I agree 100pct. I do this as well. Like get a 10-15lbl medicine ball that has handles and do box jumps. I do around my lower chest for this exercise and it works great.
