This is the very reason the Habeas Corpus - the most basic Right of them all - was originally established by the Founders of this Country. The Bush Administration, right along with a complicit Congress (along with the DOJ, etc) trampled on this Right & eliminated it with the Military Commissions Act of 2006.

Well, recently the Obama Administration had to call up the attention of the ICE or Immigration Custom Enforcement as we call it, due to the fact they where still raiding on Washington State business, looking for illegal immigrants. That practice was more of the Bush era and Obama is stopping it. The Illegals need to be stopped at the border, but there is no need to come to everyones home trying to find the illegals.
