@cjschulth I don't know. Why do stuntment put themselves in danger? Not EVERY horse can do that. But THOSE particular horses like the spotlight, and performing. If they didn't, they wouldn't have gotten so far as to perform at a big event such as this.

I train horses myself. I know when a horse doesn't like what they are doing, and when that happens we try and find another place where they can enjoy their jobs instead.

@cjschulth The horses are trained to handle all sorts of danger. They are trained to do that type of stuff, it is their job. Plus if the horses did not wan't to do that they would refuse and go around or throw the rider off.

@TheGreenNetworkTV its not their job!! people caught horses and took the away from their wild and free life. So a horse should also can be a horse and not only a thing for some poeple and if a horse would throw a rider who wants to jump in a horse show, the rider would let him feel a lot of pain.

I know not every rider works with pain. But most of them do!

They have been desensitized to it so they are NOT afraid of the fire. Its just like riding. Naturally a horse is afraid of having something on their back (hence why they have to be trained to accept it), but they get desensitized to it so it no longer scares them.

Clearly these horses are not afraid of the fire and are very well trained.

Also yes you can say what you want, just like I can reply saying what I want. I was just pointing out the obvious. The horses are DESENSITIZED to it! If you are going to say this scares these horses then you may as well say that you riding your lesson paint scares him. As riding a horse isn't natural to them. Again it is obvious the horses are well desensitized to the fire. You can tell just by watching.

Again how do you know it scares them? Did you go to the barn and ask them if it scares them? Did you ask them if the training, hours of practice, and desensitizing didn't work?

Sure looks like it did to me as well as anyone else with eyes and experience in training horses ;)

If you notice..the jumps aren't even that high, and the actual jump itself is not burning. So it's relatively safe..I mean..as far as giant burning rings of fire go.. O.o
