The woman already answered the judge's question clearly and distinctly. She said the job wasn't done correctly and, if he wanted one of her plumbers to fix it (because the fellow hired obviously didn't know what he was doing), her plumber's work would cost $3500. Her plumber was only an option offered, not a requirement or demand. After that, the judge never listened to her explinations (made endless assumptions instead), so she simply gave up answering any further questions.

@Fattboy26 I was confused about that too for a while, I've never been to court but I definitely knew that's not how a judge is supposed to be. From what I understand they agree to settle out of court based on her ruling but she is also a real judge, I'm sure her demeanor is for tv though.
