My Mother is a jw convert in 2005, though she is just the lastest in a series of converts in my family. My grandmother converted 30 years ago.
My mother told me only last year that she knew that on some issues the JW's were wrong in their interpratation, but that she she happy to continue following them because she had good friends in the organization.

I usually don't bother exposing evidence like that because it's too easy to brush aside. The cross and crown logo was used by other groups and churches outside the KT and the winged solar disc was a popular image at the time. It's too easy for JWs to explain that kind of thing away. It's why I like to rather expose blatant lies like their 1914 claim which they cannot BS away like they can the sun disc type evidence.

No it isn't. I actually held it a finger's length away from and below my mouth to keep that from happening but after a few minutes of it I suppose I moved it a little higher up without realizing it. Hopefully it doesn't make the video too difficult to sit through.

It took longer but I think the result was worth it. I didn't care for the sound quality so much but it was probably still easier to follow.
